South Bay
The South Bay is where the soul leans west, chasing the last light of day as it melts into the horizon. For us, it began at Point Fermin—our first true encounter with the setting sun, where cliffs met sky and the ocean carried every color into night. That moment has never left us; we’ve translated its warmth and wonder into each of our lighting projects. From Manhattan Beach to Hermosa to the bluffs of Palos Verdes, life gathers around the glow of twilight, drawn by salt air and the hush of waves. Our illumination lingers softly beneath it all—warm pools of light on terraces, gentle accents along pathways—never louder than the sea, always in harmony with it. Here, even whales breach in silhouette against a sky that refuses to let go of its fire, and every evening feels like the world’s first twilight.
We’ve had the honor of illuminating the work of some of L.A.’s most visionary architects—including Frank Gehry, Steven Ehrlich, William Adams and Andrew Liang—and collaborating with esteemed landscape designers such as Jay Griffith, Russ Cletta, Rob Steiner, Pamela Palmer and Miriam Rainville to craft environments where beauty, comfort, and atmosphere exist in perfect harmony.
