The Westside

The Westside hums with an energy all its own—equal parts creative, casual, and quietly curated. In neighborhoods like Hancock Park, Miracle Mile, Culver City, Sawtelle, and Santa Monica, the outdoor lifestyle isn’t just embraced—it was born here.

Before restaurants turned patios into performance spaces, homeowners on the Westside were already gathering outside. Long tables under the canopy of trees. Late dinners that roll into conversations under the stars. This is where outdoor dining, entertaining, and unwinding found their footing—not as trend, but tradition.

Our lighting approach reflects that legacy. It’s not about turning night into day—it’s about extending the invitation. Gentle uplighting reveals the structure of a tree, not just the tree itself. A palm’s shadow plays on stucco like brushstrokes on canvas. Courtyards glow without glare. Light creates warmth, intimacy, and presence—without ever demanding attention.

The Westside doesn’t ask to be seen. It just asks to be felt.

And we light it that way.

The Westside is where we’ve been privileged to illuminate stunning homes designed by Frank Gehry, Greene and Greene, Andrew Liang and Howard Rosen. It is here that we have collaborated with premier garden designers Jay Griffith, Rob Steiner, Pamela Palmer, Katherine Spitz, Suzanne McKevitt and Nancy Lyons.
